Criminal Law

The firm handles a wide variety of criminal appeals, as well as post-conviction challenges in state and federal court. We have represented clients convicted of crimes ranging from driving under the influence to drug offenses to white-collar crimes to the most violent felonies.

Among our higher-profile cases, we have represented a juvenile challenging life sentences for non-homicides in the Supreme Court of the United States, and four inmates on Florida’s death row.
